Arjan Kleinveld is one of the two Co-Founders of ONE. The heritage he brings with him is unrivaled and extensive but with ONE, for Arjan this is the start of a new era. He is rewriting history and the approach to technical system integration. His refreshing and entirely positive and creative attitude plus his business values, practices and personal beliefs are motivating and inspirational, qualities which continue to earn him respect and loyalty as they have done throughout his career.

Arjan is commercially astute, a creative thinker and a business cultivator with a genuine passion and affinity for technology and the industries he is involved in. He is dedicated to building a team that facilitates personal development and encourages growth whilst building a business that continually upholds his core values, focusses on clients and is flexible and scalable to maintain exclusivity. 

As one of the two Co-Founders of ONE, Andre Klepper is perhaps best described as the technical driving force behind the company. The experienced, skilled and ambitious brain power behind everything IT and technology related within ONE. Someone motivated by a life long ambition to set up his own company that would enable him to focus on working with technical systems and products in their purest form so as to outperform all expectations.

Andre’s aspirations for ONE are certainly not simply based on hopes and dreams. They are the result of hard work, experience, realistic ambitions and a flair for technology that is truly is unique. He has a practical, hands-on approach that has formed the backbone to his entire career that has largely been based on self-made opportunities rather than time in the classroom. Despite a strong entrepreneurial proficiency at a young age, Andre recognized the importance of gaining commercial and technical experience before embarking upon his desire to set up on his own. Aged 22, he joined Van Berge Henegouwen motivated to increase his skill set and climbed the ranks to head up the technical department. A role that has earned him extensive knowledge of not only IT and technology but also of the superyacht industry itself.

Bas is responsible, on behalf of the client, for ensuring that every aspect of a project’s AV runs as smoothly as possible. His input and technical advice begins very early on in the project process, advising on the provided specifications, the actual technical functionality generated and evaluating the suitability of the system capability based on the client’s individual requirements. This support is extended to include advice on integrator selection backed up with elements of project management and quality control throughout the project duration and beyond. He ensures clients receive an AV system and installation that is operable, reliable and designed with functionality tailored to suit their exact expectations and requirements.

Bas brings with him 8 years of experience in superyacht AV & IT. His career has been born from two extremes: a personal interest and love of programming and a radical career change from life as an optician. Before joining ONE, Bas spent a significant time spent on board of numerous yachts as a service engineer working for Van Berge Henegouwen, experiencing first hand all aspects of the technical systems from both the end user and technician perspectives. His knowledge of onboard system functionality and usability form an integral part of his sales and advisory. His personal passion, onboard experience and understanding of user requirements ensure clients receive the very best out of their systems, suppliers and integrators.

Sandra underpins and maintains the company’s day to day operability. With responsibilities for the general office management, administration and human resources in addition to her role as PA and secretary for the Director, Sandra is the driving force behind efficiency and smooth operation. She guarantees the well coordinated and professional administrative backbone that supports the entire ONE team.

Sandra’s career to date has rather uniquely embodied everything her role at ONE XP requires. Introduced to the yachting industry by her family, Sandra has first hand experience of how it is to be on board and at sea and it is what led her to a subsequent career in the AV & IT sector. It is whilst working for the family catering business during yacht sea trials that the opportunity arose for a career change. An opportunity that led to 10 years working for Van Berge Henegouwen following a 3 year period of working full time for its related marine documentation company. During this 13 year period, Sandra’s work included many office, administrative and secretarial responsibilities. Her background, skill set and experience have earned her considerable knowledge and ability not only for her actual role but also of the yachting and the AV & IT market sectors.

Christian manages everything related to IT as well as heading up a team of technical specialists. His role stems from extensive technical experience having being involved in the configuration, design and commissioning of IT systems on board of some of the industry’s largest superyachts. Driven by the complexity that the very nature of superyacht systems creates as well as the challenges surrounding ever evolving technology, he is a highly dedicated and skilled technical specialist with a genuine personal passion for his work.

His road in to IT follows a significant career change 6 years ago, when he made the move from environmental services in to AV and IT. Whilst working as an engineer advising on, investigating and reporting on soil samples, a career based on his environmental services studies, Christian took on the additional role of redesigning the company’s IT. This included the implementation of remote desktop computing across 3 locations. Forming an ever larger part of his work and fast becoming the focus of his true interests, he soon made the decision to make the move in to a different career. From here he moved to Van Berge Henegouwen marking the start of his future in working in the AV & IT sector. Christian’s desire to continuously broaden his skill set and master new challenges beyond his comfort zone whilst still providing a high level of service and quality make him a diverse asset to the ONE technical team.

Jerry is responsible for overseeing the realization of the company’s projects. Taking a proactive and key role in being involved and managing each and every stage, even from the initial sales proposal and specification development, Jerry prides himself on knowing and understanding every project detail and Owner’s expectation at every turn. This hands on, in-depth approach allows him to build up a very unique rapport with the client and project team, is crucial for managing expectations and functionality realization and is significantly beneficial to successfully managing a project for both ONE XP and the client.

Jerry’s route to both the yachting and AV & IT sectors grew from one of opportunity and passion. With a Technical Business Management education and a commercial and technical career in the automotive sector, it was experiencing the launch of a superyacht that ignited a new personal and professional ambition. His desire to work in the superyacht industry and personal interest in AV & IT became a reality as he embarked upon a 6 year career at Van Berge Henegouwen as both a Lead Sales Engineer and a Project Manager. His experience, passion and motivation bring a unique enthusiasm and drive to all of Jerry’s work with exceptional results.

Working as part of the engineering team, Joost is responsible for all technical drawings related to ONE XP’s project specific schedules and systems. The technical drawings form a critical and substantial part of each and every project and as such, require excellent attention to detail, exceptional CAD skills and an extensive understanding and knowledge of audio, video and IT systems. Joost brings with him not only all of these attributes but in addition a vast knowledge and experience of AV equipment, CAD drawing and engineering making him an incredibly dynamic and skilled member of the team.

Joost’s career to date has spanned 20 years working in and around AV systems, products and engineering. He has significant experience in developing AV equipment and products including those used in a large chain of hotels throughout the Netherlands. One of his career highlights was his involvement in designing a unique high-tech conference table which features fully integrated AV & IT facilities for modern meeting requirements balancing technology, design, aesthetics and practical functionality. It is this all round experience and genuine passion for achieving the extraordinary that will ensure that ONE XP systems and clients benefit on every level.

The nature of Lavenn’s role, whilst in the main sales related, is certainly diverse. In addition to actual project related tasks such as managing aspects of the specification he is also responsible for going through and updating documentation and is involved in the quotation process and preparation. Hardworking and meticulous, Lavenn is dedicated to this varied and fast evolving role which is quickly seeing his responsibilities grow as he embraces every opportunity to become more deeply involved in each project he is assigned to.

Lavenn’s position at ONE marks the start of his career following his studies in Business Admin. During his degree he carried out two internships, the first being a B2B sales related position and the second a research focussed internship looking in to what was needed to establish a new business model for an IT service support company and if the opportunity was in fact viable. In combination with his natural flair for business and strong work ethics, both of these positions have provided him with valuable work experience and solid foundations for the skill sets his role at ONE requires.

Marijn is the company’s ‘go-to’ specialist for all things audiovisual. He is involved throughout the entire ONE-XP process from initial testing of AV equipment through to final commissioning. He is responsible for ensuring hardware not only meets ONE-XP’s high expectations in terms of performance but is also set-up, programmed and configured to match customer expectation in terms of functionality and user interaction. In addition to implementing pre-installation system setups, Marijn is also actively involved in testing hardware and system configurations once installed on board as well as control system programming and system commissioning. His extensive knowledge of AV and unique understanding of how to optimize user experiences makes him a great asset to the team.

Before joining ONE-XP Marijn worked as a programmer for an AV integrator specializing in high-end home automation. It was a role that saw him working on complex projects which demanded on-site integration and commissioning as well as user interface design and programming. His passion for creating excellent and extraordinary user experiences combined with his diverse skill set and in-depth knowledge of high end technology enable Marijn to create AV configurations which provide 100% client satisfaction.

Ensuring that the project runs smoothly and inline with client expectations are the top priorities for Leon. In his role as a Project Manager, predominantly for service, refit and short term new build projects, it is his responsibility to ensure that the project remains on track at all times. He brings together the many elements of each project including client communication, documentation, equipment and resources whilst identifying and preventing any potential deviations and distractions. Leon’s extensive experience in project management, AV & IT ensure an inherent understanding of the organisation and implementation required for large scale projects with complex integration. His meticulous dedication to ensuring the client receives exactly what they expect whilst really focussing on the team mindset and a personal approach have earned him respect amongst both colleagues and clients.

Leon’s career in AV started aged 16. His knowledge is based on first-hand practical experience having set up his own AV company, worked as an installer, manager and later going on to successfully manage various large AV and tradeshow projects for multinationals in the oil- and gas industry. Before joining ONE full time, Leon had a chance to gain a good insight in to what his role would entail whilst he worked as an Interim Manager. It was during this time that he realized he had uncovered the new opportunity he had been looking for. He had found a role that enabled him to apply his extensive AV & IT knowledge within a challenging role and demanding industry sector working both in the office and on board. 

Stefan forms part of the ONE advisory project team responsible for ensuring that every aspect of a project’s AV and IT runs as smoothly as possible. Supporting the team in all project-related activities he is involved form the initial design and specification through to assessing and researching hardware and new technologies available. His role is also set to develop in to technical support and assistance. Across all disciplines, his work remains continuously focused on client requirements, needs and expectations and in doing so, he finds the best approach accordingly. This is a dynamic position that suits Stefan’s organised, innovative, professional and astute skill set perfectly.

Stefan's road to ONE maybe somewhat unconventional but also goes a long way to demonstrate his drive, quick-thinking and can-do attitude. Having graduated from the Technical University Eindhoven in Innovation Management, his search for the ideal career led him to ONE…twice! Having already caught his interest during his studies, when he saw the name ONE once again whilst looking for innovative companies at the Van Nelle Factory, he seized the opportunity and sent in an Open Application. Whilst this maybe his first major step on the career ladder and first taste of the superyacht industry, he is no stranger to AV and IT having already established his own small successful side-line business whilst studying, installing CCTV systems for friends and family. Stefan is ambitious, proactive and incredibly capable. His personal interest in AV, the latest technology, innovation and achieving the highest of standards, remain a key drive behind all he sets out to accomplish and is what makes him a very valuable asset to the team.

Robin is responsible for verifying the promised and expected functionality of each project’s AV equipment. From testing all of the AV racks in-house before they are installed to checking the functionality and connectivity of hardware once on board, he not only makes sure that all of the components of the ONE AV systems meet the highest of expectations in terms of performance but that they also deliver the onboard experience the client is looking for. He ensures that the audio is fine tuned and routed correctly, that the video delivers as it should and, as a trained and qualified Crestron programmer, that the onboard AV and comfort control is automated and intuitively programmed. Knowledgeable, motivated and hard working, Robin’s experience and passion for AV engineering and installations as well as control system programming make him a great fit for the ONE team.

Enthusiastic, dedicated and enjoyment are the three words that best sum up Robin’s approach to his work. Joining the ONE team from the corporate AV world he is no stranger to complex audio video systems. Whilst his background has also included building racks for and the installation of LED lighting systems, there is no doubt that AV is where his heart lies. He has experienced a diverse range of AV system hardware and installations. Robin addresses all of his work with an infectious energy and positive mindset driven by a desire to learn more and achieve the best. His passion and pride in his work resonate throughout the team and ensure the systems he works on always deliver in terms of experience and expectation.
